Refund Eligibility

We offer a 3-day refund policy from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of your purchase and explain the reason for your request.

Digital Products

Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be approved if:

• You were unable to access or download the purchased product.

• You received the wrong digital product.

• A technical issue prevented delivery and could not be resolved.

• The purchased file is significantly different from its description.

Refunds will generally not be issued after digital files have been successfully downloaded or accessed unless required by applicable law.

Online Consulting Services

Consulting appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled consultation, you may choose either:

• A full refund, or

• A complimentary rescheduling.

Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are generally non-refundable.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
